A Note on Our Transition and Annual Dues
As we move into a new era for Hunters Ridge, we want to clarify how our membership cycle works under our new bylaws :
Looking Back: 2025/2026 Snow Removal Contributions
The contributions collected over the winter were specifically designated to cover the 2025-2026 snow removal expenses. Those funds ensured our immediate costs were met and established eligibility for the January 2026 Board of Directors elections.
Looking Forward: 2026/2027 Annual Dues
Per our bylaws, we are now moving into our standardized fiscal cyclelaunching our Annual Membership Campaign to support the association’s operations and projects for the full year ahead. The annual neighborhood dues for the 2026-2027 membership year will be officially due in April 2026.
Our proposed budget outlines exactly how these funds will be used to build a more connected community and ensure we are fully prepared for next winter. From funding our seasonal social events to securing our private snow removal reserves well in advance, your contribution ensures Hunters Ridge remains a vibrant and reliable place to call home.
To help us meet these goals and stay on schedule, contributions would be greatly appreciated by April 30th.
