Contributing Member (Recommended)
A Contributing Member is a household (homeowner or lease-holder) that financially supports the Association. Your contribution is vital to our mission, starting with this winter's snow removal.
Benefits:
Attendance: Attend and participate in all general meetings.
Voting Rights: Vote on matters brought before the Association (one vote per address).
Leadership Opportunities: Serve as a board member or on a committee.
Stay Informed: Receive all communications and information from the Association.
We want to clarify how the 2025 contribution relates to our new by-laws and the official membership cycle:
Current Request: Snow Removal Contribution This request is for a special contribution to cover the 2025-2026 snow removal expenses, which are an immediate, necessary cost for the association. Making a contribution makes you eligible to vote for the Board of Directors in the January elections.
Upcoming Dues: 2026-2027 Membership Per our new by-laws, the annual neighborhood dues for the 2026-2027 cycle will be officially due in April 2026.
In short: We are asking for funds now to pay for this winter’s snow removal, and we will ask for next year’s full annual contribution next April.

A Resident Member is a household (homeowner or lease-holder) that provides contact information so they can stay connected.
