2026 Annual Meeting
Join us for the first annual meeting of the newly revitalized Hunters Ridge Neighborhood Association! This is our first opportunity to meet face-to-face, elect our Board of Directors, and set our community goals for the year ahead.
When: 🗓️ Thursday, January 22nd | ⏰7 PM
Where: 📍 Faith Presbyterian Church | 8170 Hague Rd.
Guest Speaker: Nick Roberts - Indianapolis City-County Councilor District 4 (Geist/Castleton)
We are pleased to announce that our District Councilor will be joining us at our meeting. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear updates on city-wide initiatives, discuss local infrastructure projects, and ask questions about the issues that matter most to Hunters Ridge. This is your chance to engage directly with our local representative.
Our mission is simple: to reconnect our neighbors and ensure that Hunters Ridge remains a friendly, vibrant place to live. While our neighborhood has a long history, this meeting marks an exciting new chapter as we officially relaunch our association.
To build a strong foundation, this meeting will focus on three key pillars:
To ensure our association operates fairly and transparently, we will review and formally adopt our new governing documents. We want to make the most of our time together, so please review the proposed by-laws ahead of time so you can prepare any questions for the Q&A session.

We need leaders like you! We are seeking "Good Neighbors with Great Ideas" to serve on our inaugural Board of Directors. The Board is the foundational team that represents the community and will be responsible for appointing our association officers (President, VP, Secretary, and Treasurer) for the 2026 term.
Interested in serving? If you are passionate about our community, we invite you to put your name forward for election.

No. Attendance is open to all neighbors. However, while everyone is welcome to participate in discussions and the Q&A, only neighbors who have contributed financially to the association for the current year are eligible to cast a formal vote for the Board of Directors and the ratification of the by-laws.
Yes! We will have a registration table at the entrance. If you haven't had a chance to support the association yet, you can bring cash or a check to the meeting. Once your contribution is received, you will be considered a voting member in good standing for the evening.
At the meeting, the membership will elect a Board of Directors. These are the neighbors who will represent our interests. Once the Board is seated, they will meet to appoint specific officer roles, such as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, based on the skills and interests of the elected members.
Absolutely! We are looking for "Good Neighbors with Great Ideas" to help with various committees like Social Events and Safety. Learn more and how you can get involve here, or look for the volunteer sign-up sheet at the meeting.
We highly recommend reviewing them before you arrive so you can prepare any questions you may have. You can find the proposed by-laws right here: Hunters Ridge Proposed Bylaws. There will be a dedicated Q&A session during the meeting to address them.
