At Hunters Ridge, our primary mission is simple: building a connected, caring neighborhood where we look out for one another.
From sidewalk socials and seasonal gatherings to infrastructure advocacy, safety updates, and winter upkeep, our association works year-round to keep Hunters Ridge vibrant and well-cared-for.
A huge thank you to everyone who has already contributed this year—your support keeps our community moving forward! For those who haven’t had the chance yet, every contribution at any level is a meaningful investment in the place we call home.
Contributing Member (Recommended)
A Contributing Member is a household (homeowner or lease-holder) that financially supports the Association through the payment of annual dues. These dues are vital to our mission, enabling us to maintain our neighborhood and fulfill our goals for the 2026-2027 year.
Benefits:
Attendance: Attend and participate in all general meetings.
Voting Rights: Vote on matters brought before the Association (one vote per address).
Leadership Opportunities: Serve as a board member or on a committee.
Stay Informed: Receive all communications and information from the Association.
Resident Member
A Resident Member is a household (homeowner or lease-holder) that provides contact information to the association. It's free and allows you to stay connected.
Benefits:
Attendance: Attend all general meetings.
Committee Service: Serve as an appointed committee member.
Stay Informed: Receive all communications and information from the Association.
